CHIROPRACTOR
Co-Founder, Gonstead Family Chiropractic
I’m originally from Salem, Ohio — and my path to becoming a Gonstead chiropractor is deeply personal. Before chiropractic school, I was in a serious car accident that left me in constant pain. After months of trying different chiropractors without lasting relief, I met a Gonstead Doctor. Two precise adjustments later… my body started to truly heal. That moment changed my life — and set my purpose: helping others find answers through specific, principled chiropractic care.
I earned my Biological Sciences degree from Ohio University and my Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida (graduating with honors and the Academic Excellence Award 🏆). While in school, I completed 400+ hours of advanced Gonstead training and served as Co-President of the Gonstead Club with my husband, Dr. Eric Varga — teaching workshops, mentoring students, and deepening our expertise.
I’m also Webster Technique Certified, and as an expecting mom myself, I’m passionate about helping other moms-to-be enjoy healthier, more comfortable pregnancies. 💕
Outside the office, I’m all about family time, beach days, staying active, and creating a lifestyle that reflects the same wellness I hope to inspire in my patients.
As Co-Founder of Gonstead Family Chiropractic, I’m here to serve those looking for real answers, lasting results, and compassionate care. I look forward to walking alongside you and your family on your path to better health.
CHIROPRACTOR
Co-Founder, Gonstead Family Chiropractic
Born and raised in Dublin, Ohio, my passion for helping others began with a degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University, where I discovered the power of movement, structure, and function. That passion ultimately led me to Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, where I graduated with honors and received two of the school’s most meaningful awards — the Virgil V. Strang Philosophy Award and the Academic Excellence Award.
At Palmer, I devoted myself to mastering the Gonstead System of Chiropractic, widely regarded as one of the most precise and effective methods for analyzing and correcting spinal subluxations. Gonstead care is built on thorough assessment — including full spine X-rays, instrumentation, motion palpation, and visualization — and adjusting only when necessary with specific, biomechanically sound corrections. This technique allows us to address the root cause of dysfunction and restore the body’s natural ability to heal.
During my time in school, I served as Co-President of the Gonstead Club alongside my wife, Dr. Lindy, where we led fellow students in hands-on training and in-depth study of the Gonstead system. I also completed over 400 hours of additional Gonstead seminar training, sharpening my ability to serve patients with confidence and clarity.
Outside of practice, my greatest joy is spending time with my family, including our beloved pets. I also enjoy weightlifting, staying active, and visiting the beach — anything that keeps me connected to movement, balance, and well-being.
One of my true passions is teaching others about the philosophy of chiropractic and how it applies to everyday life. I believe deeply in the body's innate intelligence and its ability to heal when interference is removed. Whether it’s through one-on-one care or community education, my mission is to help families reconnect with their health and live life fully.
It’s an honor to serve this community as the Co-Founder of Gonstead Family Chiropractic, and I look forward to helping you and your loved ones experience what specific, principled chiropractic care can do.
